These terms apply when you use frozenprintingcompass.com, request an estimate, approve a preview, place an order, make a payment, or buy goods or services from FROZEN COMPASS LLC.

FROZEN COMPASS LLC is the seller responsible for the goods and services described on this website, including production, fulfillment, customer service, refunds, and order disputes. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not place an order with us.

02 What we sell

We provide custom and standard print products, including business cards, flyers, postcards, posters, signs, labels, packaging, booklets, stationery, and related print finishing services. Product descriptions, starting prices, and availability may change over time. Custom orders are priced based on the details you provide.

03 Estimates and pricing

  • Estimates are based on the information available at the time we prepare them.
  • Final pricing may change if quantity, size, paper, finish, artwork, deadline, delivery needs, or other details change.
  • Taxes, shipping, rush fees, design work, file repair, or special materials may be added when applicable.
  • An estimate is not a confirmed order until we accept the order and any required deposit or payment is received.

04 Orders and previews

  • You are responsible for providing accurate order details and print-ready artwork unless we agree to help prepare files.
  • We may provide a preview before printing. You are responsible for reviewing spelling, layout, names, phone numbers, addresses, colors, sizes, quantities, and all other details.
  • Production may begin after you approve a preview or otherwise confirm the order.
  • Colors can vary between screens, previews, paper types, and finished printed goods.
  • Small variations in trimming, folding, color, and finishing are normal for custom printed goods.

05 Payment

  • Payment terms will be shown on the estimate, invoice, checkout page, or written order confirmation.
  • Prices and transactions are in U.S. dollars unless we state otherwise.
  • We may require full payment or a deposit before ordering materials, preparing files, or starting production.
  • Unpaid balances may delay production, pickup, delivery, or future orders.
  • Online payments are transmitted securely through a dedicated payment provider. We do not store full card numbers on our website servers.
  • Your bank or card issuer may apply separate fees, currency conversion charges, or approval rules.

06 Pickup, shipping, and fulfillment

Fulfillment timing depends on the product, order details, artwork readiness, material availability, preview approval, payment status, and shipping method. See our Shipping & Fulfillment Policy for more detail.

07 Changes and cancellations

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order. Once work has started, you may be responsible for costs already incurred, including file preparation, design time, materials, setup, printing, finishing, packaging, or shipping.

08 Returns, refunds, and disputes

Custom printed goods are made for a specific customer and generally cannot be returned because of a change of mind, incorrect customer-provided information, or approved artwork errors. 09 Artwork and intellectual property

  • You confirm that you own or have permission to use the artwork, logos, text, photos, trademarks, and other materials you provide.
  • You are responsible for making sure your content does not infringe another person's rights or violate the law.
  • You keep ownership of your original materials. We keep ownership of production methods, internal files, and design files we create unless we agree otherwise in writing.
  • We may refuse work that appears unlawful, misleading, infringing, abusive, unsafe, or outside our capabilities.

10 Disclaimers and limits

  • We provide the website and services using reasonable care, but we do not promise that the website will always be available or error-free.
  • To the extent allowed by law, our responsibility for a defective order is limited to correction, reprint, credit, or refund of the affected goods or services.
  • We are not responsible for indirect losses, lost profits, lost business opportunities, or delays caused by carriers, suppliers, customer approvals, payment issues, or events outside our control.
  • These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
