01 Overview

This policy explains how pickup, shipping, delivery, and production timing work for Frozen Compass LLC orders.

02 Production timing

Production timelines depend on the product, quantity, artwork readiness, paper or material availability, finishing needs, approval timing, payment status, and current workload. Estimated completion dates are estimates, not guarantees, unless we agree otherwise in writing.

03 Pickup

If pickup is selected, we will notify you when the order is ready. Please inspect your order at pickup or as soon as reasonably possible and contact us promptly if something appears incorrect.

04 Shipping and delivery

  • Shipping options, costs, and estimated delivery windows may vary by order.
  • Shipping charges, if any, will be shown on the estimate, invoice, checkout page, or order confirmation.
  • Delivery times provided by carriers are estimates and may change due to weather, routing, carrier delays, holidays, or other events outside our control.
  • Customer-provided shipping addresses must be accurate and complete. Additional charges may apply for address corrections, reshipment, or returned packages.

05 Delays

We will make reasonable efforts to notify you if we become aware of a material delay. Delays can occur because of late artwork, late approval, unpaid balances, unavailable materials, equipment issues, carrier delays, weather, or events outside our control.

06 Damage, loss, or missing items

If an order arrives damaged, incomplete, or appears lost in transit, contact us promptly with photos, packaging details, and the order information. We may need that information to review the issue with the carrier or determine the right remedy.
