We want customers to receive the print work they approved and ordered. Because many items are custom-made, returns and refunds are handled differently than ordinary retail goods.
Custom printed goods are made for a specific customer and generally cannot be returned or refunded because of a change of mind, customer-provided artwork errors, spelling mistakes approved by the customer, incorrect quantities supplied by the customer, or color differences between a screen and the finished printed item.
If you believe an order was produced incorrectly, contact us as soon as possible and include your order details, photos of the issue, and a short description of the problem. If we confirm that the issue was caused by our production error, we may offer a correction, reprint, store credit, partial refund, or refund of the affected items.
Approved refunds are usually returned to the original payment method when possible. Processing time depends on the payment provider, bank, or card issuer. Shipping, rush, design, setup, and special-order material charges may be non-refundable when those costs have already been incurred.
Please contact us first if there is a problem with an order. We will review the issue and work toward a fair resolution. We keep order records, approvals, messages, delivery details, and payment records to help resolve customer service issues and payment disputes.
