FROZEN COMPASS LLC collects only the information we need to answer questions, prepare estimates, produce print orders, arrange pickup or delivery, protect the website, and support customers.
This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, how optional cookies are controlled, and how you can contact us about privacy requests.
We use a first-party consent tool to control optional cookies and similar technologies. The categories are Necessary, Functional, Analytics, and Marketing. Necessary tools stay on because they support core site operation, security, checkout, fraud prevention, and consent storage.
Functional, Analytics, and Marketing tools are optional. In regions where opt-in consent is required, optional tools stay off until you allow them. In other regions, optional tools may be on by default unless you opt out or your browser sends Global Privacy Control. You can change your choice anytime from Cookie Settings in the footer. When online payment is available, payment details are handled by a dedicated payment provider. We may receive limited payment information such as payment status, transaction amount, billing contact details, refund status, dispute status, and a limited card reference such as card brand and last four digits. We do not store full card numbers or card security codes on our website servers.

Visitors in opt-in regions are shown consent choices before optional tools load. If we cannot confidently resolve a visitor's region, we use a conservative opt-in posture. Browser language is used only for localization, not as legal geography.

No website or email system is completely secure, so please avoid sending sensitive card or identity information through ordinary email or the estimate form.
We keep contact, estimate, order, invoice, artwork, support, payment, refund, and delivery records for as long as needed to serve customers, keep business records, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and meet legal or accounting obligations.
Consent records are kept for auditability and may include an anonymous consent ID, category choices, policy version, consent tool version, approximate region category, GPC status, and a hashed user-agent value. We do not use the anonymous consent ID as an advertising identifier. When information is no longer needed, we delete, anonymize, or archive it in accordance with our business needs and legal requirements.
